This month marks my 38th year in the Real Estate Business. Servicing Middle Village, Maspeth, Ridgewood, Glendale, areas. To date I have completed over 3,000 written appraisals on homes and Commercial Buildings. I have even testified in New York State Court as an expert witness on appraising. Through my 38 year career, I have assisted Maspeth Federal Savings Bank and Cross County Federal Savings Bank on appraisals and have assisted them with over $50 million in mortgage loans as well from my buyers.
I have attained and rented more Commercial stores on Metropolitan Avenue and Grand Avenue over the 38 year in business. My expertise is not only Homes, but Commercial Buildings. Taxpayers, 4-20 family buildings, mixed use buildings and love to work with 1031 exchange clients. I have written the most Real Estate Articles that can be verified on Google. I have appeared on Radio talk shows and television regarding Real Estate. I moved to Middle Village in 1965 after high school, was drafted into the United States Army in 1966 and served a tour in Vietnam in 1968. Past Vice Commander of Maspeth Luke J.Lang Veterans organization, Middle Village past President of Kiwaniis Club and Lions business organization.
